Waco Habitat for Humanity is a nonprofit, 501(c) (3) organization and all donations are tax-deductible as allowed by law. All gifts are acknowledged in a timely manner via letter or email.
Waco Habitat's overhead expenses accounted for just 15% of its operating budget on average during 2006-2009. And since ReStore income covers that overhead, 100% of donors' contributions are allocated to Waco Habitat's partnership housing program. Waco Habitat raises most of its funds locally and receives limited funding from Habitat for Humanity International.
The Christian Mission Concerns Foundation will match every gift made to Building on Faith, up to $22,500.
